Application & enrollment
Registration, consent forms, and immunization forms are required
at the time of enrollment.
A registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. Our annual
registration fee is $75.00 per child. You may be asked to pay the
registration fee in advance in order to secure your child's spot
at a later date. Please keep in mind this registration fee is non-refundable.
The CDC also participates in the 4 C's program providing subsidies
for families needing help
with tuition. Please call

Enrollment is at the discretion
of the CDC director based
upon the best interest
of the child, the expectation
that he or she will benefit
from the program, and
the welfare of other
children enrolled. Enrollment
will be without regard
to race, creed, sex or
national origin. The
Director reserves the
right to discharge the
child if the parent/guardian
expresses ongoing and
highly critical input
of the center, staff,
etc. Children will not
be enrolled into the
new school year until
all past due balances
are cleared.

Tuition guidelines
Tuition is due by the end of business on Monday for each week.
All accounts must be kept current. A late fee of $25.00 will
be assessed to any account that is late. There will be a $25.00
service charge added to your account for any returned checks.
We encourage all families to take advantage of automatic withdrawal
from your checking or savings accounts. This is a convenient
way to pay your tuition in a timely manner.
