Ms. Pam Cotton
Executive Director

Pam Cotton received her MSSW from Kent school of Social Work at the University of Louisville and earned her LSW from the state of Indiana. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of Social Services her main focus has been in the area of Family and Children programs. She has an excellent reputation in collaborating with agencies and community partners. She has an extensive back ground in developing and effectively managing multiple programs. She is an adjunct professor at Spalding University. She lives in Jeffersonville, Indiana with her two sons, two dogs and three cats. When not working she is riding her bike on trails or attending U of L football games.

Ms. Bobbi Mattingly
Director, Residential Treatment Program

Bobbi
received her BSW from Spalding University and MSSW from the University
of Louisville. Her love of children is demonstrated by her service
in the field both in Indiana and Kentucky, including 9 years at
Child Place in Indiana and 2 years with Child Protective Services
in Kentucky.
