Ms. Pam Cotton
Executive Director
Pam Cotton received her MSSW from Kent school of Social Work at the University of Louisville and earned her LSW from the state of Indiana. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of Social Services her main focus has been in the area of Family and Children programs. She has an excellent reputation in collaborating with agencies and community partners. She has an extensive back ground in developing and effectively managing multiple programs. She is an adjunct professor at Spalding University. She lives in Jeffersonville, Indiana with her two sons, two dogs and three cats. When not working she is riding her bike on trails or attending U of L football games.

Ms. Bobbi Mattingly
Director, Residential Treatment Program
Bobbi
received her BSW from Spalding University and MSSW from the University
of Louisville. Her love of children is demonstrated by her service
in the field both in Indiana and Kentucky, including 9 years at
Child Place in Indiana and 2 years with Child Protective Services
in Kentucky.

Patty Keith received her MSSW from the Kent School of Social Work at the University of Louisville and earned her LCSW from the state of Kentucky. Patty has worked for St. Joseph Children’s Home since 2008 as a foster care therapist. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of Social Services; her focus has always been providing services to children with Severe Emotional Disabilities. She believes in a community-based, collaborative approach when working with children and families, and is looking forward to continuing St. Joe’s mission of 
Leanna
has been with
St. Joseph Children’s
Home since 1992. She earned her Child Development Associate degree
in 2006 and has over 20 years experience in Early Childhood Education.
As Director, she takes seriously her role in assuring that each
child is provided the essentials during every
stage of their
early childhood development. The CDC participates in the STARS
for KIDS NOW, a voluntary above-licensing quality assurance program
operated by the Ky Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
